Dr Muqaddas Mahnoor at Glamorous Aesthetic Clinic is an avid rehabilitation specialist, patient care provider and medical educator with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. She brings her clinical expertise and passion for helping patients recover from injuries, enhance mobility and improve quality of life. In addition to her clinical experience she has also developed valuable teaching experience which allows her to make difficult medical and biological concepts clear, engaging and easy to understand.
She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Al Shifa Medical Training and is currently attending Ibadat International University in Islamabad for cardiac perfusion technology. Her educational background demonstrates her dedication to enhancing her knowledge of healthcare and staying current with the latest medical advancements.
While doing her clinical internship at Al Shifa Medical Training Clinic, she acquired hands on experience in assessment, rehabilitation and physiotherapy management of patients. She was employed under experienced physiotherapists where she helped to assess musculoskeletal problems, completed manual therapeutic techniques, electrotherapy modalities and supervised individual rehabilitation programs. She also trained patients on home exercise regimens, posture correction, ergonomics and prevention of injuries and ensured proper clinical documentation and upheld the standards of professional health care practices.
Along with her clinical training, Muqaddas has been a biology teacher in the secondary school at Chapter House Education & Moody’s School, teaching students in accordance with the FBISE curriculum. She has a knack for making something as complicated as anatomy, physiology, cellular biology, and human body systems easy to understand and helps students gain a better understanding of medical sciences. She also ran lab sessions, supported students with board exam preparation and had good communication with parents and teaching faculty to help their students succeed.
